Shipping/Local Pick up
We at Liv + Cole have made shipping fast and easy with a few different options at checkout! Please send us an email at livpluscole@gmail.com for different options. All items ship from Kirkwood, MO. We also offer free delivery in Kirkwood! Additionally, any order over $100 will be delivered/shipped for free!
In stock items will go out within 48 hours.
Quickship Items have a 5-14 day TAT! Once I recieve I ship ASAP!
Pre-order items have an extended TAT. Once I receive I will ship ASAP! Please read each item description for the estimated TAT as well as our pre-order policy below!
If you are ordering both RTS and Pre-order items please do two separate transactions or items will all ship together once preorder arrives to me!
Once items have shipped or are outside for pick up please remember they are your responsibility. We can not be held liable for items once they are shipped/put out for pickup.
Return Policy
We want you to love all of your Liv + Cole purchases! In the event something doesn’t work for you, we will accept your in stock or quick-ship item for return within 7 days of delivery for a refund via your original payment method or an exchange following these parameters:
To start the process you must email Liv + Cole prior to returning the item at Livpluscole@gmail.com or send a message via Facebook Messenger.
Returns must be within 7 days of the delivery date.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return the item. In addition, all shipping charges are non refundable.
Returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items marked FINAL SALE are unable to be returned.
Personalized items are NOT returnable. These are always considered final sale.
Unfortunately, if it has been more than 7 days we will be unable to process your return or offer you a refund.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new items that are scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own TAT (Turn Around Time). These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our Facebook VIP group with any changes.
All pre-order sales are returnable under the same parameters outlined in our return policy above. Ok
Please note that TAT's are ESTIMATED and are not guaranteed. There may be factory and/or shipping delays that are outside of our control.
Liv+Cole can not be held liable for any unforeseen delays on Pre-Ordered Items. Please select sizing appropriately based on the estimated TAT as we can not change sizing once an order has been placed.
